For customers who are in the affordable and P1 plans, your server hard disk raid 10 has just failed in the rarest way where the same array fails simultaneously which cause all your data to be lost permenantly. This is an unforsee event. We will be restoring your data from a backup server. At the meantime, all your services will be estimated up on Sunday 6PM, 24/01/2015 or earlier.
